How we felt about winning Best Business 2013?
RACC is passionate about the benefits of adult learning and believes that its staff have the same needs and requirements for support as its students to overcome barriers to learning caused by disability, lack of confidence and time constraints. It’s fantastic to be recognised with an award that is core to RACC’s purpose.
What will the award do for us?
RACC’s goal is to meet the learning and development needs of adults and young people and to help them progress in life and achieve career, business and personal development goals. Without the same approach to staff training and development, RACC could not possibly meet this objective. Staff act as role models to learners, demonstrating the positive outcomes of learning and are able to give advice on how to balance the demands of studying with a job and family commitments.
What next?
We are extremely proud of our achievements and we are looking forward to the additional training and development opportunities our new campus at Richmond will provide.
