We are simply elated to have won the Richmond Business Award for Best Customer Service 2014. This award is testament to our absolute passion for swim teaching, the incredible team we have assembled and the tremendous amount of hard work we have all put in over the last year and three months. Providing our customers with a service of the highest standard is at the heart of everything we do at Wings Swim School and we would like to thank them for their continued loyalty and support – without our customers there would be no Wings!

This award will create an abundance of opportunities for Wings Swim School in the future. When establishing new relationships with health clubs, hotels and schools, having 2 Richmond Business Awards will give our company a great reputation and credibility – which could be the difference between signing a new contract and not! This recognition will also motivate and inspire our team to continue to strive for excellence in every aspect of our service and go the extra mile for our customers whenever and wherever possible.

Being recognized for this award is incredible, but we must remain humble in the knowledge that we can always learn and improve our business; we are just over a year old after all! Three of our current clubs are fully booked with waiting lists of 50+ chidren, so finding new venues in South West London is top of our list of priorities.
