Chamber Member Coordinator Administrator Role Objective:-

To keep Chamber members front and centre of all activities, delighting each and every business large or small with our interactions and delivered services.

The Skills:-

– Competent Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint

– Diary keeping and organisation skills

– Quality professional business communication skills written, on telephone and face to face

– Demonstrable experience communicating with Directors

– Influencing skills

– Numerate and articulate

– Online competent turning hand to new platforms such as: WordPress, Mailchimp and Eventbrite

– Marketing skills ie present ads in Chamber eWire email to send to more than 5,000 businesses, so an eye for colour, messaging and understanding that marketing drives sales

– Commercial skills – keeping the customer happy and driving value

– Customer Service skills are critical

– Detailed, systematic and thorough

– Highly organised and can prioritise

– Willing to learn and apply new skills

– Flexible work ethic

– Discreet, trustworthy, honest and punctual

– Reliable and responsible

– Upbeat and outgoing

– Some background in business

– Unphased communicating with Chairs, CEOs and boards

– A Levels, Degree or equivalent
